Central Square – Monastery of Theotokos
The monastery of Theotokos (Holy Monastery of the Assumption of the Mother of God) is located in the valley where Metsovitikos and Aniliotikos rivers confluence. Walking down the cobblestone alley from the central square leads to the lower district of Metsovo.
Opening Hours: 12.00 to 15.00 on weekdays and 14.00 to 18.00 on Sundays from October to May and 15.00 to 18.00 on weekdays and 15.00 to 19.00 on Sundays from June to September.
